Diagrama Community Services, part of Diagrama Foundation is inviting applications for a unique role that combines hands-on farming experience with meaningful care work. The Care Farm and Community Instructor role at Duckyls Farm, in an area of outstanding natural beauty near East Grinstead, offers the chance to use livestock and farming skills to support adults with learning disabilities, helping them develop independence and life skills in a safe, nurturing environment.

This permanent, full-time position involves overseeing the care of the livestock which currently includes horses, alpacas, goats etc ensuring high welfare standards are met and all legislative requirements are adhered to, and therefore relevant experience is essential.
